Information visitors submit
Match and provider claim forms may collect name, email, service need, Austin area, timeline, business name, plan interest, and notes entered by the visitor.
Analytics and browser storage
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic. It may also store match, claim, event, and delivery-status signals in the visitor's browser localStorage so forms can show recent activity and retry failed sends.
Form delivery
Selected form submissions and high-intent events may be sent to a configured workflow endpoint for intake. Failed sends may remain in the local outbox until retried from the browser.
Sensitive information
Visitors should not submit medical records, account passwords, payment details, or highly sensitive personal information through the site forms.
