Information visitors submit
Match and provider claim forms may collect name, email, service need, Austin area, timeline, business name, plan interest, and notes entered by the visitor.
Analytics and browser storage
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic. It also stores prototype match, claim, event, and webhook-outbox signals in the visitor's browser localStorage so the operations panel can show local validation data.
Webhook delivery
Selected form submissions and high-intent events are sent to the configured n8n webhook for lead intake. Failed sends may remain in the local outbox until retried from the browser.
Sensitive information
Visitors should not submit medical records, account passwords, payment details, or highly sensitive personal information through the site forms.
